Accessibility Statement

DIGENSA SRL aims to make the sortaba.com website and the Sortaba application usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or neurological disabilities.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.

The website and application are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. The application is under active development, and accessibility is checked through internal self-assessment with every major update.

• we use a clear page structure with correctly marked headings and sections;
• we aim for sufficient contrast between text and background;
• we make the main elements accessible by keyboard;
• we add alternative text to images that convey information;
• we use clear labels for form fields;
• we check accessibility with every major update.

The website includes an accessibility tool that lets you adjust:

• text size;
• highlighting of headings and links;
• a dyslexia-friendly font;
• contrast modes (light, dark, high contrast);
• colour saturation (low, high, greyscale);
• a reading guide;
• pausing animations;
• a large cursor.

This tool helps you adapt the display but does not replace the website's compliance with accessibility standards.

• some interactive elements of the application (for example drag-and-drop reordering) may not be fully usable with a keyboard alone; we are working on alternatives;
• proposals exported as PDF may not be fully accessible to screen readers;
• third-party content on the website may not fully meet the standard.

This statement was prepared on 8 October 2026 and is reviewed at least once a year or whenever the website or application changes significantly.
