Is Sortaba available right now?
Not yet. We’re testing V1 internally, with the Sortaba team and in our own agency, Digensa. The private beta with 10 Founding Members starts on 1 December, and everyone on the early access list gets access from January 2027, before the public launch in April.
What happens after I sign up?
You get a confirmation email and choose what you want: just updates, or a Founding Member spot as well. For a Founding Member spot, you answer 4 short questions about how you work, and we choose the 10 Founding Members for the December beta from the answers. Everyone on the list gets access from January 2027. We send at most 2 emails a month and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Is Sortaba just a proposal generator?
Not at all. The proposal is the last step in Sortaba. Before it, the platform structures your discovery, recommends a scope from your services, applies your rates and terms, splits the project into implementation stages and prepares the handoff brief for your team. The proposal is the result of a clearly defined project.
Will Sortaba decide what prices I charge?
Absolutely not! You set your services, packages, rates and terms once. Sortaba applies them to every client and never invents prices. You can edit everything before the proposal reaches the client. For the best results, we recommend completing the full setup. But you can also start with the essentials and come back to it as you go.
Will AI make decisions automatically?
No. AI reads and organizes the discovery answers, flags missing information and drafts the proposal text. Prices, minimums and implementation order follow your rules, and nothing reaches the client until you approve it.
Can I use Sortaba with ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes. Connect any MCP-compatible assistant with a key you generate. The assistant gets read-only access to proposals, clients and discovery answers: it can’t create, edit or delete anything. You can revoke the key anytime.
